The base product for virtualbpo is a standard financial system solution based on Microsoft Navision, delivered direct to your desktop using Citrix.

There is an upfront charge to cover training, historical data conversion, system connectivity, user licences and maintenance. A fee covering access to the hosted system is charged on a monthly basis.

The following services are provided as part of the system service:

• Access to the standard system, including reports and input screens

• Maintenance and upgrade of the systems

• 24/7 help desk support

• System access from anywhere, anytime from any basic PC/Mac

• Fully hosted service using clustering, offsite backup etc.
