Overview
Virtualbpo clients are issued with a PO Box number. All client source documentation is sent to this address and scanned.
Scanned images are stored on the virtualbpo network and are accessible by clients and virtualbpo's accounting specialists.
All original source documentation is then archived offsite with a specialist third party.
Scanned images are retrieved from the network and used to key transactions to the financial system (Microsoft Navision). Client management have access to the financial system to authorise transactions and to view management reports/source documentation.
Fees are charged on a monthly basis and as well as an improved level of service, clients can expect significant cost savings (normally +20%).
